We may request documents to verify age. If an account holder fails to verify or cannot provide proof of minimum age, that account will be suspended immediately.

Parental Responsibility

If there are minor members in your household, keep your device and account out of their reach. Keep your password private and it is recommended to use parental controls on your device.

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. 9bd9 will not be liable for any misuse of your login credentials.

Security Guidelines

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 9bd9 support immediately.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 9bd9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

The following terms apply to withdrawals on 9bd9:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for a bonus is 10 times the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
• 9bd9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules regarding betting and gaming on 9bd9 apply to all members:

Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet is placed, 9bd9 will act in accordance with its set policy.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games and slot machines are operated under fair play principles.
• If any game result is affected by a technical error, the wager for that round may be considered void.
• Unusual profits gained by exploiting software errors or bugs will be cancelled.

Disputed Results

In case of a dispute over the result of any game or bet, 9bd9's decision will be considered final, unless clear evidence of a technical error is found.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bd9 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Logging into another person's account or sharing accounts.
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Participating in any activity related to match fixing or manipulation of game results.

Protecting your personal data is a priority for 9bd9. Information collected during registration and while using the service is managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Data Collection & Use

• Your information is used to provide services, verify identity, and ensure security.

• Loss due to technical problems, internet disconnection, or server outages.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Loss of login credentials or unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Gaming outcomes — wins and losses are entirely at the user's own risk.

9bd9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for service improvement. How ongoing bets are handled during such periods will be decided in accordance with the set policy.

9bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or submit required documents.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct.
• At the user's own request (for self-exclusion or responsible gaming needs).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, however this may not apply in cases of terms and conditions violations.

Any dispute between 9bd9 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.

How to Raise a Dispute

• Report any dispute or complaint to the support team in writing without delay.
• After receiving a complaint, 9bd9 will review it within a reasonable time and communicate a decision.
• Any matter challenging 9bd9's decision must complete an internal review before being brought before a court.
